Set PortraitSetting in either config or th19.v1.00a.js to customize how the big portaits will appear.
0 = Turn the patch off.
1 = Big portraits for all attacks.
2 = Big portraits for boss attacks only.
3 = Big portraits for boss attacks only in story mode.
